Delivery
Our company has two logistics centers lacated in Yekaterinburg and Omsk. We also have a truck fleet for our nearest customers. We cooperate with several transport companies and can deliver products across the Russian Federation and Kazakhstan at a partner price.
Return and exchange policy
If you have received a defective product you are entitled to replace it or get a full refund following next conditions:
- You have saved a cash receipt or an invoice of the purchesed product
- The product's appearance must be preserved as much as it possible including tagss and markings
– The product has not been used and has not been subjected to additional processing.
If the product does not suit you in terms of consumer properties, the prerequisites are:
- You have saved a cash receipt or an invoice of the purchesed product

- The product does not have external signs of any defects and damages
